5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through our website are subject to the following terms:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• Gift cards are redeemable at both D & A Hawaiian BBQ locations.

Online ordering is facilitated through third-party platforms (MealKeyWay/MenuSifu and DoorDash). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party ordering platforms, including but not limited to payment processing errors, delivery issues, or platform outages.

7. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from D & A Hawaiian BBQ, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from D & A Hawaiian BBQ.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in or opt out at any time.
